 A Bill to amend Article 1, Chapter 27, Title 58, Code of Laws of South
 Carolina, 1976, relating to electric utilities and cooperatives by adding
 Section 58-27-240 so as to provide that when any agent or employee of an
 electric utility or cooperative reads a meter, he shall leave a notice at that
 location stating what the meter reading was.
