 A Bill to amend Article 9, Chapter 5, Title 38, Code of Laws of South
 Carolina, 1976, relating to examinations, investigations, records, and reports
 of insurance companies by adding Section 38-5-1305 so as to require each
 insurer licensed to write property and casualty insurance in this State to
 file a supplemental statement to its annual statement of financial condition,
 which supplemental statement must show certain information relating to its
 writings in this State.
