H.H. Keyserling, E.S. Lake, Phillips and D.C. Waldrop
 A Bill to amend Title 39, as amended, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976,
 relating to trade and commerce, by adding Chapter 56 so as to provide for
 ancient, abandoned, or neglected burial grounds including establishing
 definitions and standards to provide for their proper care, preservation,
 conservation, and identification; and to amend Article 5, Chapter 7, Title 12,
 as amended, relating to gross and net income, by adding Section 12-7-619 so as
 to provide a credit for donations made for burial grounds, cemeteries,
 perpetual care cemetery trust funds, and exempt nonprofit cemetery companies.
