A Bill to provide that an individual who prepares food for processing or
preservation in a can or jar for sale at a roadside stand, open-air market, or
for a charitable purpose is not required to complete a course of instruction
and examination in thermal processing and container closure evaluation
programs for low-acid canned foods.
