TO RECOGNIZE MRS. RHODA JACKSON MARTIN ON THE OCCASION OF HER EIGHTY-SEVENTH BIRTHDAY AND TO WISH HER MUCH HAPPINESS IN THE YEARS TO COME.

Whereas, the members of the House of Representatives are very pleased to learn that Mrs. Rhoda Jackson Martin will be celebrating her eighty-seventh birthday on July 22, 2003. Now, therefore,

Be it resolved by the House of Representatives:

That the members of the House of Representatives, by this resolution, recognize Mrs. Rhoda Jackson Martin on the occasion of her eighty-seventh birthday and wish her much happiness in the years to come.

Be it further resolved that a copy of this resolution be forwarded to Mrs. Rhoda Jackson Martin.
