To whom was referred a Concurrent Resolution (H. 4928), to request the Department of Transportation to designate and name a portion of, etc., respectfully

REPORT:

That they have duly and carefully considered the same, and recommend that the same do pass:

DEWITT WILLIAMS, for Committee.

A CONCURRENT RESOLUTION

TO REQUEST THE DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION TO DESIGNATE AND NAME A PORTION OF SOUTH CAROLINA HIGHWAY S-17-45 AS "LESTER PreviousJACKSONNext HIGHWAY".

Be it resolved by the House of Representatives, the Senate concurring:

That the General Assembly of South Carolina requests the Department of Transportation to designate and name South Carolina Highway S-17-45 beginning at the intersection of South Carolina Highway S-17-22 in the Bermuda Community of Dillon County and southwest on South Carolina Highway S-17-45 until it intersects with South Carolina Highway S-17-308 as "Lester PreviousJackson Highway". The department also is requested to install appropriate markers and signs on the highway.

Be it further resolved that a copy of this resolution be forwarded to the Department of Transportation.
