S 0447 General Bill, By T.E. Smith
 A Bill to amend Section 9-1-1140, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976,
 relating to the South Carolina Retirement System and credit for authorized
 leave of absence from employment because of military service or any other
 employment related purpose, so as to provide that credit may be available to
 individuals who have taught at institutions of higher learning spending a
 majority of their time in training teachers for the public school system.
