 A Joint Resolution to amend Section 59, Part II of Act 189 of 1989, the
 General Appropriations Act, so as to provide that the Parks, Recreation and
 Tourism Department may spend certain funds set aside pursuant to Section
 12-27-1270 for advertising and promoting tourism in South Carolina.
