 MANY YEARS OF SERVICE AS AN EDUCATOR AND COACH, AND TO EXTEND BEST WISHES TO
 HIM AND HIS FAMILY UPON HIS RETIREMENT FROM PUBLIC SERVICE.

A HOUSE RESOLUTION

TO COMMEND AND CONGRATULATE THE HONORABLE JAMES DINGLE OF CLARENDON COUNTY FOR HIS NINETEEN YEARS OF SERVICE AS A MAGISTRATE, AND HIS MANY YEARS OF SERVICE AS AN EDUCATOR AND COACH, AND TO EXTEND BEST WISHES TO HIM AND HIS FAMILY UPON HIS RETIREMENT FROM PUBLIC SERVICE.

Whereas, the members of the House of Representatives are proud to recognize the Honorable James Dingle of Clarendon County for his caring attitude and hard work as a magistrate to Clarendon County; and

Whereas, Judge Dingle began his term as a magistrate in Clarendon County on July 1, 1983. He enjoyed the opportunity to work with the public and to help those in need of assistance; and

Whereas, Judge Dingle was a respected educator and coach at C. E. Murray High School in Greeleyville for many years. He was a highly respected community leader and dedicated to the people of Clarendon County; and

Whereas, Judge Dingle served Clarendon County as a magistrate for nineteen years and has been the City Judge in Manning since August 2000. Judge Dingle will be sorely missed throughout his community for the valuable service he has provided; and

Whereas, Judge Dingle retired April 30, 2002, and expects to use his extra time to travel with his wife, Viola. He also plans to spend time around the house and take a few fishing trips; and

Whereas, the members of the House of Representatives extol Judge James Dingle for his outstanding and valuable service as magistrate for Clarendon County and wish him happiness in his retirement. Now, therefore,

Be it resolved by the House of Representatives:

That the members of the House of Representatives by this resolution commend and congratulate Judge James Dingle of Clarendon County for his nineteen years on the bench and his years of service as an educator and coach, and extend best wishes to him and his family upon his retirement from public service.

Be it further resolved that a copy of this resolution be forwarded to the Honorable James Dingle of Clarendon County.
