    A BILL TO AMEND CHAPTER 7, TITLE 20 OF THE 1976 CODE, RELATING TO CHILDCARE FACILITIES, BY ADDING SECTION 20-7-2723 TO REQUIRE THAT ALL GROUP CHILDCARE HOMES AND FAMILY CHILDCARE HOMES ACQUIRE AND MAINTAIN DAY CARE LIABILITY INSURANCE IN THE AMOUNT OF AT LEAST ONE HUNDRED THOUSAND DOLLARS PER OCCURRENCE AND THREE HUNDRED THOUSAND DOLLARS IN THE TOTAL AGGREGATE AMOUNT.
