    A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Section 59-19-35 so as to provide that no person who is employed by a school district of this State may serve as a member of the Board of Trustees of that school district, and to provide that any person serving as a member of a school board of trustees on the effective date of this Section who is also employed by that school district may continue to serve the term for which he was elected.
