    A CONCURRENT RESOLUTION TO DIRECT THE DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION TO CONDUCT A STUDY OF CERTAIN HIGHWAY SAFETY MEASURES AND THE IMPACT AND COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH EACH AND TO PROVIDE THAT THE STUDY SHALL BE SUBMITTED TO THE GOVERNOR AND THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY NO LATER THAN FEBRUARY 28, 2005.
