    A BILL TO AMEND CHAPTER 27, TITLE 46 OF THE 1976 CODE OF LAWS, BY ADDING SECTION 46-27-55 TO PERMIT A VENISON PROCESSOR THAT IS AN OFFICIAL ESTABLISHMENT CERTIFIED BY THE STATE LIVESTOCK-POULTRY HEALTH COMMISSION OR THE UNITED STATES DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE TO SELL OR UTILIZE CERTAIN DEER PARTS FOR PET FOOD; AND TO AMEND SECTION 50-11-1910(A) TO PERMIT A VENISON PROCESSOR TO SELL CERTAIN DEER PARTS TO BE UTILIZED AS PET FOOD.
