    A Bill to amend Act 251 of 1991, relating to the tax millage for the Greenville County School District, so as to provide that the Board of Trustees may levy without limitation that tax millage it considers necessary to provide for the general operations of the District, and to delete certain provisions pertaining to the authorized tax millage of the District and its fiscal affairs.
