S 1101 General Bill, By McConnell and C.T. Hinson
    A Bill to amend Section 27-43-10, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to removal of graves in abandoned cemeteries or burying grounds, so as to require the governing body of the county or municipality in which the cemetery or ground is located to determine that removal benefits the community and is in the public interest and to consider objections to removal before removal is approved.
