S 1119 General Bill, By Drummond
    A Bill to amend Section 50-11-670, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to illegal taking of deer in restocked areas of Game Zones 1, 2, and 4, so as to provide that, in addition to other statutes defining the unlawful taking of deer, it is unlawful to take or attempt to take or kill deer in any way not prescribed by the Wildlife and Marine Resources Commission.
