    A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Section 1-11-440 so as to provide that the Division of Insurance Services of the State Budget and Control Board may develop an optional long-term care insurance program for employees and retirees depending on the availability of a qualified vendor; and to repeal Section 9-1-70 relating to the optional long-term care insurance program.
