A Bill to amend Section 8-11-40, as amended, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to state employee sick leave, so as to provide that, effective for those retiring after June 30, 1991, employees retiring from state employment shall receive one month's service credit for each twenty-two days of unused sick leave.
