    A BILL TO ENACT THE "SCHOOL DISTRICT OF PICKENS COUNTY SCHOOL BOND PROPERTY TAX RELIEF ACT" WHICH AUTHORIZES THE IMPOSITION OF THE ONE PERCENT SALES AND USE TAX WITHIN PICKENS COUNTY UPON APPROVAL IN A REFERENDUM TO BE USED FOR SPECIFIED SCHOOL PURPOSES.
