    A Bill to amend Chapter 5, Title 7, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Section 7-5-156 so as to provide for voluntary voter registration when a person applies for or renews his driver's license or identification card, and to provide for the return of the forms to a county board of registration.
