    A Bill to amend Chapter 51, Title 59, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to the Wil Lou Gray Opportunity School, so as to revise the official name and duties of the School, the membership of the Board of Trustees of the School, and the manner in which the Chairman and other officers of the Board are selected and to further provide for the manner of filling vacancies on the Board and for the responsibilities of the Director of the School.
