S 1243 General Bill, By M.T. Rose, S.S. Martschink, McConnell and McGill
    A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Section 22-7-130 so as to prohibit the General Assembly from requiring a municipal corporation, county, school district, or special purpose district to perform any act or furnish any service which requires the expenditure of money without providing the funding from state funds.
