    A BILL TO AMEND TITLE 59, CHAPTER 112, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO TUITION AND FEES AT STATE INSTITUTIONS, BY ADDING SECTION 59-112-75 SO AS TO PROVIDE THAT PUBLIC SCHOOL TEACHERS MAY RECEIVE A TUITION VOUCHER FOR ONE COURSE AT AN ISSUING STATE INSTITUTION WHEN SUPERVISING STUDENTS WHO ARE COMPLETING THEIR EDUCATIONAL DEGREE REQUIREMENTS.
