    A BILL TO AMEND SECTION 22-4-545(C), CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO THE TRANSFER OF CERTAIN CRIMINAL CASES FROM GENERAL SESSIONS COURT SO AS TO PROVIDE THAT THE CHIEF ADMINISTRATIVE JUDGE FOR THE COURT OF GENERAL SESSIONS SHALL RETAIN CERTAIN ADMINISTRATIVE SUPERVISION OVER CASES WHICH ARE TRANSFERRED TO MAGISTRATE'S COURT.
