S 1362 General Bill, By I.E. Lourie, Giese and M.T. Rose
    A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Section 56-5-5025 so as to provide that any motor vehicle registered in this State and manufactured after 1973 must be equipped with a correctly installed air pollution control system or device and to provide penalties for violations; and to amend Section 56-5-5350 so as to provide that no motor vehicle may be issued an inspection certificate unless it is correctly equipped with an air pollution control system or device.
