    A BILL TO AMEND CHAPTER 49, TITLE 48 OF THE CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO THE SOUTH CAROLINA MOUNTAIN RIDGE PROTECTION ACT OF 1984, SO AS TO APPLY TO ENVIRONMENTALLY SENSITIVE LAKES THE PROTECTIONS AFFORDED BY THIS ACT, WHICH INCLUDE LIMITING THE CONSTRUCTION OF BUILDINGS TO FORTY-TWO FEET, ON ENVIRONMENTALLY SENSITIVE LAKEFRONTS AND TO DEFINE "ENVIRONMENTALLY SENSITIVE LAKE" AS LAKE KEOWEE AND LAKE JOCASSEE.
