    A Concurrent Resolution to congratulate the International Olympic Committee and the United States Olympic Committee for their extraordinary work with regard to the Olympic Games and with regard to the holding of the 1996 Summer Games in Atlanta, Georgia, and to request these committees and their members and participants to refrain from getting involved in domestic American politics.
