    A Bill to amend Title 48, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to environmental protection and conservation, so as to add Chapter 55 which creates the South Carolina Environmental Awareness Award to be presented annually to a person exemplifying extraordinary dedication to the conservation and preservation of the environment of South Carolina by a committee consisting of designated representatives from the Department of Health and Environmental Control, the State Commission of Forestry, the Sea Grant Consortium, the Water Resources Commission, the Wildlife and Marine Resources Commission, the State Land Resources Conservation Commission, and the South Carolina Coastal Council.-amended title
