A Bill to amend Section 24-21-940, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to definitions for purposes of pardons, so as to provide that the granting of a pardon operates as an order of expungement of all official records relating to the conviction for which the pardon is granted and to provide that the Department of Probation, Parole, and Pardon Services shall insure that the expungement is implemented.
