    A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Article 5 to Chapter 9, Title 23 so as to provide for the State Fire Marshal Board of Appeals and its members and powers; to amend Section 23-9-150, relating to buildings declared to be unsafe by the State Fire Marshal, so as to delete an appeal to a court of competent jurisdiction and provide that emergency decisions of the Fire Marshal are not stayed pending appeal to the Appeals Board; to provide for the appointment and terms of the initial members of the Board; and to amend the 1976 Code by adding Section 23-9-155 so as to provide the requirements of the State Fire Marshal and his agents before changes in a building or structure are required or penalties are assessed.-amended title
