    A Bill to require the Allendale County Board of Education to submit a budget and annual tax levy to the county auditor, to authorize the Board to set the school tax millage annually with certain limitations, to require a public hearing on the proposed millage, and to require a referendum to exceed the authorized millage; and to repeal Sections 21-1101 and 21-1102, as amended, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1962, relating to the powers and duties of the Board of Education of Allendale and the legislative delegation's authority to set the annual school tax millage; and to provide that the preparation of the budget by the Board is effective for school year beginning 1993-94.-amended title.
