    A Joint Resolution to appropriate thirty-five thousand dollars to the Division of Veterans Affairs from 1993-94 surplus revenues to be donated to the Women in military Service for America Memorial foundation under certain conditions for the purpose of constructing the Women in Military Service Memorial to be built at the gateway to Arlington National Cemetery in our Nation's Capitol.
