    A BILL TO AMEND THE CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976 BY ADDING SECTION 5-25-60 SO AS TO PROVIDE THAT MEETING HUTS CONSTRUCTED BY OR FOR THE USE OF THE BOY SCOUTS OF AMERICA OR THE GIRL SCOUTS OF AMERICA ARE EXEMPT FROM COMPLIANCE WITH THE SOUTHERN BUILDING CODE.
