    A BILL TO AMEND THE CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, BY ADDING SECTION 57-3-210 SO AS TO PROVIDE THAT THE DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION SHALL NOTIFY A COUNTY'S LEGISLATIVE DELEGATION BEFORE THE DEPARTMENT CLOSES A BRIDGE OR ROAD FOR REPAIRS THAT WILL NOT BE COMPLETED WITHIN A THIRTY-DAY PERIOD.
