    A Bill to amend Section 59-119-40, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to the Board of Trustees of Clemson University, so as to provide that of the six members of the Board elected by the General Assembly, one must be elected from each Congressional District of this State on a phase-in basis, and to provide the procedures for electing these members and their terms of office.
