A Senate Resolution to amend Rule 4 of the Rules of the Senate, relating to the Senate Journal, so as to require that an asterisk be placed in the Journal beside the name of a Senator reported as voting on a question who was not present when the vote was taken by the Senate, and to require the inclusion of a notation explaining the significance of placing the asterisk beside a Senator's name under these circumstances.
