A Joint Resolution to amend Section 26, Article V of the Constitution of South Carolina, 1895, relating to magistrates, so as to provide that beginning in 1990, all magistrates must be elected in the manner the General Assembly provides in a nonpartisan election to be held at the same time as the General Election.
