    A Bill to amend Subarticle 1 of Article 9, Chapter 7, Title 20, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to abused, neglected, and delinquent children, by adding Section 20-7-770 so as to provide that the Department of Youth Services shall provide the Attorney General or a circuit solicitor upon request with a copy of a juvenile's record of adjudication in family court for violent offenses, and to require the Department of Youth Services to maintain these records for ten years.-amended title
