A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Section 2-1-86 so as to prohibit legislators who have been defeated in party primaries or runoffs, or who have failed to file for reelection, to attend conferences for legislators at state expense, but to allow the legislators to attend these conferences at their own expense if approved as delegates by their presiding officers.
