    A BILL TO AMEND SECTION 12-28-2720, AS AMENDED, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO THE DISTRIBUTION OF GASOLINE TAX REVENUES, SO AS TO DEFINE "PURPOSES OF THE DEPARTMENT" FOR THE USE OF GASOLINE TAX REVENUES BY THE DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION, SO AS TO DEFINE THESE PURPOSES, AFTER DEDUCTING AMOUNTS FOR ADMINISTRATIVE AND OTHER PROJECTS, TO PROJECTS IN EACH COUNTY BASED ON THE PROPORTION OF TAXABLE FUEL SOLD IN A COUNTY BEARS TO THE TOTAL OF SUCH FUEL SOLD STATEWIDE.
