A Bill to amend Section 56-28-30, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to enforcement of motor vehicle express warranties, nonconformity with express warranties, and required notice and repairs, so as to change the term of such warranties from "the first twelve months of purchase or the first twelve thousand miles of operation, whichever occurs first" to "the warranty period".
