A Bill to alter the county lines of Berkeley and Charleston Counties by annexing a certain portion of Berkeley County to Charleston County and to make provisions for legal records and to amend Section 2-1-10, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to the apportionment of members of the House of Representatives into specified house districts and Section 2-1-60, relating to the apportionment of members of the Senate into specified senatorial districts, so as to delete a portion of land from House District 92 and Senatorial District 38 of Dorchester and Berkeley Counties and add it to House District 117 and Senatorial District 41 of Charleston County.-amended title
