    A JOINT RESOLUTION TO PROVIDE THAT THE CLERK OF THE SENATE SHALL REDUCE THE MONTHLY IN-DISTRICT COMPENSATION FOR EACH SENATOR BY A PROPORTIONATE AMOUNT SO THAT EACH SENATOR'S ANNUAL IN-DISTRICT COMPENSATION IS REDUCED BY ONE THOUSAND DOLLARS.
