A Bill to amend Section 52-15-210, as amended, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to licenses for coin-operated machines and devices, so as to delete the date limitation of March 28, 1956, on licensing of coin-operated devices by municipalities and the reference to kiddy cartoons and to permit municipalities to charge a license fee not to exceed twenty percent over fees prescribed by the Tax Commission for these machines and devices.
