A Bill to amend Chapter 63, Title 40, as amended, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to social workers, so as to change the composition of the Board of Social Worker Registration, more broadly define the powers and duties of the Board, and more stringently regulate social workers, and to repeal Section 6 of Act 453 of 1982 relating to the authority of the Board of Social Workers Registration to promulgate regulations requiring continuing education.
