A Bill to amend Sections 9-9-40, 9-9-60, 9-9-65, and 9-9-66, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to the retirement system for members of the General Assembly, so as to change the retirement age under the system from sixty to fifty-five, and to make the similar change in certain cross-referenced areas of Chapter 9 of Title 9.
