    A Bill to amend Section 56-3-1350, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to the return of cancelled, suspended, or revoked registration cards, license plates, or revalidation stickers, so as to provide that the cancellation, suspension, or revocation of these items must be accomplished in writing by certified mail, return receipt requested.
