    A BILL TO AMEND SECTION 20-7-2379, AS AMENDED, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO POWERS AND DUTIES OF THE DIVISION FOR REVIEW OF THE FOSTER CARE OF CHILDREN, OFFICE OF THE GOVERNOR, SO AS TO PROVIDE THAT THE DIVISION SHALL SUBMIT RECOMMENDATIONS CONCERNING FOSTER CARE POLICIES, PROCEDURES, AND DEFICIENCIES OF AGENCIES TO THE GOVERNOR AS WELL AS TO THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY.
