A Bill to require a member of the General Assembly to submit to his presiding officer a sworn statement that he actually attended a substantial majority of the sessions of a legislative conference when the member seeks reimbursement of expenses incurred by him in attending the conference, and to provide for the circumstances under which reimbursement is not allowed and under which, in the event of actual reimbursement, interest at the rate of twenty percent must be paid together with the amount reimbursed.
