    A BILL TO AMEND THE CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, BY ADDING SECTION 23-6-142 SO AS TO PROVIDE FOR REIMBURSEMENT TO THE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC SAFETY FROM THE ATHLETIC DEPARTMENT OF A SCHOOL, COLLEGE, OR UNIVERSITY WHICH HOLDS AN ATHLETIC EVENT FOR THE COST OF A COMMISSIONED TROOPER TO PERFORM TRAFFIC, CROWD, OR PEDESTRIAN CONTROL AT THE EVENT IF THE OFFICIAL ATTENDANCE OF THE EVENT IS MORE THAN FIFTY THOUSAND.
